I work closely with individual clients and run group sessions of mixed abilities that develop mountain bike skills. Coaching is all about understanding the client, building rapport and communicating in ways that works for them. My job is to identify their needs and find bespoke methods to improve their technique, through teaching effective drills and giving verbal, visual and written feedback. It is my priority to ensure they trust me and feel safe, have a fun experience and gain confidence on the trails. I am also responsible for my schedule, whereby it is my goal to sell myself as a coach and the various coaching products we offer, bringing in new customers and keeping existing customers coming back for more. I have loved this job and am proud of the many long term and repeat customers I have gained at Pedal Progression, due to the quality of my service and the relationships I have built.

Photographer on board tour boat and Barrier Reef pontoon, capturing portraits and moments of tourists on their once in a lifetime Great Barrier Reef experience. My job was to capture great photographs of customers while out on the pontoon as they scuba dived, took boat, sub and helicopter tours and dined on board the boat. I then had to package and sell the photograph to the customers on the journey home.
