Generating sales thru cold calling was my main duty. I was the highest producing rep for 2007 in the south west region selling over $300,000.00 worth of producible revenue's working only part-time hours. I was a team leader responsible for helping others produce at a high level. I would assist in training and managing a group of sales reps. I gained experience in motivating other's to work as a team.

In the 5 years I worked at BlackFlys I was able to wear many hats. I started off printing tshirts and stickers for the first year. I then moved into the position of Warranty and Repair Manager for 2 years. The last 2 years I worked as the manager of the Mobile Sales and Events division. I would identify events that catered to our core audience. I would negotiate booth fees and set up a schedule of events throughout the year. I would then design a booth for each event and managed the setup and teardown. I would also run the booth. I ran a booth at the Warped tour 2004 with over 30 stops nationwide, The southwest portion of the Blink-182/No Doubt ampitheatre tour, Rock the Bells, Extreme AutoFest in San Diego and Las Vegas, and multiple car shows, skate demos, concerts and other events. This was a challenging and exciting job. My toughest assignment was hands down the Warped tour. Duties included but were not limited to; booking all the dates, selected appropriate merchandise, designed the booth, operated a crane for custom display, was the only driver, drove a custom show truck (1999 GMC TopKick custom painted and fitted with escalade headlights, and a crane for custom display) over 20,000 miles, navigated and plotted the trip, handled all banking and checks and balances, booked all hotel rooms, set up and tore down the booth at each event, ran the booth (sales, marketing, branding,security), and also established relationships with music artists on tour.
