Directed operational accounting functions for a large, regional grocery retailer with over 1,100 locations and 14 distribution centers. Directed a staff of up to 110 associates in a accounting shared services center.I was instrumental in the successful consolidation of 11 divisional accounting offices to one centralized shared services environment and was recognized via promotion for exceptional performance during the transition.
