Lead the organization's Financial Planning & Analysis function and work directly with the CFO to support the senior management team and private equity ownership. Responsible for the internal and external financial management reporting along with ongoing short, mid and long range financial planning. The team focuses on high volume of data gathering and strong analysis necessary to be successful in the industry.

Lead the worldwide Treasury function including banking relationships, cash management, credit and collections, accounts payable, payroll and tax. Also responsible for building an enhanced Financial Planning & Analysis function focusing on short and long term cash flow modeling, structured planning and budgeting process as well as in depth analytics to better support the business.

Singapore & Usa

Located in Singapore at the new corporate headquarters (relocated back to Fort Washington, PA in December 2012). Instrumental with transition and relocation of a new senior management team. Report directly to CFO with a combination of a new strategic planning role along with maintaining previous responsibilities of managing the Treasury and Financial Planing & Analysis functions.

Reported directly to newly appointed CFO based in Singapore, managed the Asia accounting function during the 2010 fiscal year end process. With both this interim Controller function along with maintaining managing the Treasury function, had responsibility of 60 finance professionals located in Singapore, Malaysia and Japan.

Managed global Treasury function of over 40 finance professionals in the USA, Malaysia and Taiwan responsible for cash management, investment selection, accounts payable, accounts receivable, credit analysis, cash application and foreign exchange exposure. Cash and investments totalled $180M and with another $190M of working capital.

Reported directly to the CFO. Responsible for global financial planning & analysis and cost accounting functions leading a team of finance professionals in the USA, Singapore, China, Israel, Switzerland and Malaysia.

Singapore

Living in Singapore, structured and organized the worldwide cost accounting function with operations in Singapore, China, Israel and Switzerland.

During this time, held many roles in Financial Planning & Analysis. The latest was Manager level as the business partner and lead finance representative for the company's flagship product.
