AWS, Azure, and appliance model all supported with the same dev, sec, and ops capabilities.- Restructured org as engineering grew to increase flow and reduce cognitive load from 5 → 100- Created a hiring pipeline to grow and retain engineering teams systematically. 30% growth in 2019- Added Azure to deployment options as well as virtual network sensor on AWS and ESX- Partnerships with Splunk, AWS, Azure- Increased reliability from 95% to 99.5% - Managed and grew careers of 50-100 engineers with 7 directs at the SDM/Director level

- Persuaded the business to move from on premise solution to AWS cloud. Executed the transition in 2017 using Docker and Kubernetes allowing for future plans to move to Azure and GCP.

- Founding engineer that brought talent (network), commercial software practices and culture- Built an Industry-leading cyber hunt user experience- Pushed business from demo driven to customer driven post series A- Successfully launched 2 web properties
