My long and successful career has been built on an in-depth understanding of the residential property market and client services. The experience and knowledge I have gained in auction processes, purchase negotiations and property selection has seen me achieve great results for my investor clients over the course of my career. My professional objective is to ensure that my clients make excellent investment decisions by helping them to select the property that achieves the best capital growth.Today I work as a senior property advisor for WBP Property Group, a leading provider of residential and commercial property services in Australia. My clients include new investors seeking an expert to purchase investment-grade property on their behalf, experienced investors looking to grow their property portfolio and self managed superannuation fund members requiring strategic council on buying property in their fund. Prior to WBP I owned and operated Ray White, a major real estate agency in Melbourne’s east. Here I directed a team of real-estate agents, property managers and administrative staff. In 2005 I successfully transitioned into investment property consultancy and refined my expertise in selecting quality investment-grade properties for Melbournians.
