As a technician I have helped clients troubleshoot their computer -related issues not only in person, but also through e-mail, phone, and remote desktop. In my years of developing a career in Information Technology, I have become well versed in computer terminology, multiple Operating Systems (Microsoft Windows 2000, XP, Vista, 7, 8, 10, Server 2003, Server 2008 and Linux (CentOS 6,7), problem solving technical issues, Microsoft Office product suites, network hardware (HP Enterprise, Cisco, Mikrotik, Ubiquiti, Siklu, Alcoma, Mimosa, Ruckus, Meraki) and related configurations (VLANs, Managed switches), server (Blade and Desktop) administration, staging, and hardware upgrades, POS Systems (hardware and software), and cable management in a data center environment, point to point microwave and open spectrum (and licensed) wireless connections.
