Deployed to customer's site to support and manage on site repair project covering 6,000+ nationwide locations.Responsible for daily coordination of logistics, service and reporting in a fast- paced and high- pressure environment. Consistently exceeded expectations by achieving over 95% met SLA's. Reduced amount of 3-visit repairs in 2013 by 50%. Assigned the role of Team Lead in 2012. Responsible for creating and delivering service reports and reviewing the results in monthly client meeting. Daily interactions with client, internal support groups and 3rd-party vendors to deliver best possible customer service. Promoted to Sr. Project Coordinator in January 2014.
