I have a passion for discovering and supporting new talent, especially in the field of urban music, which I believe is a powerful force for cultural change and social inclusion.As the director of the Word Up Collective, I oversee a management, media, mentoring, and industry liaison company that provides hip-hop workshops, education, and exposure for emerging Irish urban artists. I also manage several acts, such as Tebi Rex, Daire Patel, Sequence, Natalya O'Flaherty, and Sasha Terfous, helping them to realise their potential and find a wider audience. In addition, I hold a postgraduate certificate in innovation, entrepreneurship, and enterprise from University College Dublin, which enables me to apply creative and strategic thinking to my work. My mission is to inspire and empower creative people through music and media.
