This role was pivotal to the People and Culture operations within the NSM JV. NSM is a JV within the larger Warship Asset Management Agreement (WAMA) Alliance with BAE, Saab and the Commonwealth Government. As part of the NSM Leadership Team, I was accountable for the strategic and operational elements of HR. I was the key point of contact for HR issues in a highly complex HR environment and had team management responsibilities.
