I am a people person. I like meeting people and hearing their story, what they do, where they have been and what they enjoy in life, it was the best part of my recruitment experience. But I am also a manager, I enjoy, solving problems, making decisions and delivering results, through managing people. Currently, I am the Chief Commander for Likeable Lab which is part of the Precision Universal group founded by Nick McDonald. Prior to this, I was the General Manager for Social With Precision which we re-branded into Likeable Lab. I have been involved in creative roles since 2006 and Management Recruitment while I lived in the UK. Much of what I practice today I learnt in my first role out of university as a graduate trainee. I met a wide range of people, personalities and listened to a lot of stories. Likeable Lab provide real ROI for businesses who advertise on social media. We generate likes and engagement too, but our focus is delivering leads and sales in a measurable way from social media.I have a Bachelor of Management Studies with a double major in Strategic Management and Leadership and Public Relations. Outside of work, I am a sports fanatic and live in Tauranga with my understanding wife and 2 young children.
