I'm a corporate financier with a vast array of experience in areas such as strategic advice, business planning, financial modelling, corporate M&A, refinancing, cash out deals, development capital, management buy-outs / buy-ins, and private equity (including PE buy side advice).I've worked with a wide range of clients ranging from family businesses on areas such as succession, growth and value extraction, through to the Competition Commission on the £800m sale of Edinburgh Airport. Whilst I work with all sectors, since founding Pinpoint Advisory I have supported many digital & marketing agencies, especially those with emerging tech platforms. My passion for business and a belief in doing what you love with great people you like and share common values with, has enabled me to co-found various businesses.
