I had a rewarding and dynamic career that spanned more than 40 years.Following commercialization of the internet, my career focused on pioneering electronic trading in the Canadian debt and derivative markets and promoting market adoption of financial technology. Prior to 1998, I held fixed income trading and management responsibilities with investment dealers in Toronto and New York.I had the opportunity to engage and partner with financial-market leaders in Canada and the United States to develop new technologies that benefited their performance, business operations, risk profile, stakeholders, and the Canadian financial industry as a whole.
