The Datacenter Hardware Operations team is responsible for monitoring the state-of-the-art physical infrastructure behind Google's powerful search technology.Overseeing the day to day, medium and long term management of data centre operations of the Dublin data centers.Work with the full operations group and with Google's strategic planners to help design each new generation of our computing and network architecture.Manage multiple ongoing and parallel projects, tracking to priorities and shifting tactical technology changes.Hire, coach and develop a team of technical staff to meet company objectives.Manage communications with third parties and local interest groups.My Operations Engineers deploy, configure, troubleshoot and maintain all hardware and server software within Google data centre. Scaling as the business requires.
