Currently helping Masonic Homes Limited put in place a strategy and roadmap around there BI initiatives. Once the roadmap is in place will architect solutions to get them to the stated goal.Finished my consulting at the enterprise, we have put in place a roadmap around where the BI strategy is heading and Masonic are on the path of implementing the steps.Also provided input into Masonic Homes implementation of MOSS. Provided insights into the use of the product to provide Knowledge Management capabilities such as Content Management, Collaboration etc. As well as providing technical guidance, helped to introduce thinking around the governance required to support a MOSS implementation correctly.
