After years of developing business and design strategies for agencies and global media companies, Phim launched HAWJ Studio. Today, the studio offers three service areas: strategic consulting, transformational life coaching, and holistic healing counseling. The studio's corporate clients include The Athletic, The Washington Post, and Coforma. The studio's coaching clients include individuals from Deloitte, Slalom, Conservation International, Liberty Mutual, Earthjustice, General Assembly, and OCA-Asian Pacific American Advocates. Phim has also recently joined Syracuse University's Office of Alumni Engagement and Annual Giving as a career services counselor. Phim received a life coaching master certification from an accredited program in 2022. Phim has led national trainings for organizations such as AIGA National and team retreats for clients such as Friendly Design Co. She has also held coaching, business, and leadership development workshops for the Advancement Project, General Assembly, Earthjustice, and the United Nations' Global People's Summit.As a holistic healer, Phim has facilitated reiki, guided meditation, and tarot reading sessions for individuals across the globe. Her live tarot readings have been featured at events by Capital One, Meta, Sofar Sounds, The Washingtonian, Official Ritual, Mindspace, and RUN AAPI.
