After years of working in different architectural and interior practices in Hong Kong and London, Lai joined forces with Jacky Li and Johnny Wong and founded 5 Dimensions Studio.Fascinated by contemporary art, science and technology, he is interested in how those subjects come together aesthetically to structure spatial experience both in the past and for the future. He believes that architecture is a living and evolving combination of art and technology, as life and culture become inseparable with technology on a global scale.As the Creative Director of 5DS, his goal is to materialize his futuristic visions into transformative reality. Examining and drawing inspiration from the interaction between human and architectural space, with special consideration for new technologies and virtual experience, he is an expert in cutting edge and innovative designs that are intuitive yet future-proof.
