Starting out as a Graduate Assistant in the Lucey Center for Business Advising is where I was able to discover my true passion for motivating others towards successful career paths. It was during my time in this role that I was able to develop, grow and utilize my strengths to eventually be promoted to a full time Career Coach working with the students in the Girard School of Business. • Interacted with undergraduate business students to motivate and create a positive outlook on developing career paths.• Collaborated with Academic Advisors, Dean Suite Staff and Faculty to help create a holistic experiential learning procedure. • Assisted students with various needs such as preparing advising materials, mock interviews, resume critiques, and assisting in the creation of promotional materials and social media campaigns
