EducationI am a graduate of the University of Phoenix (UOP). I’ve earned both a Bachelor’s degree and a Master’s degree at UOP. My Bachelor’s Degree is in business science and business management (BSBM). My BSBM degree program includes the focus on these curriculums; skills for professional development, computer and information processing, critical thinking: strategies in decision making, research and evaluations, financial analysis, economics, employment law, global business strategies, public relations, quality management and productivity, and foundations of problem-based learning. My Master’s degree is in management and business administration (MBA). My MBA professional education at the UOP includes; transformational leadership, human capital development, strategic implementation and alignments, managerial decision making, resource optimization, customer service relations, and interpersonal skills. The education emphasis on skills related to interpersonal skill, organizational functionality, accounting and payroll process, employment law and government policy. Thus, the curriculums at UOP provides a real-life training activity that simulate a real-world occurrence. The education and experience at UOP have been very positive for me.TrainingI have completed training from current and past organizations; the training emphasis on cooperative working relationships, communication, interpersonal skills, customer service relations, and computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook). I have experience with reviewing medical claims documentation, correspondences in detail, and identifying deficiency if applicable. Also, I have experience with accounts receivable, account reconciliation processing, and referral initiation. In addition, the training gave me the experience of working in a professional office setting; thus, obtaining more knowledge and skills to multi-task, prioritize workload, and being flexible to learn new processes.   Experience I have over 15 years of experiences in administrative principles; including professional office setting, business management, and over 8 years in Healthcare claims processing including; claims processing, reviewing appeals, initiating authorization, account receivable & reconciliation, payment posting, processing written correspondence, processing email requests, data entry, mail handling, filing documents, and developing procedure for seamless work flow continuity, team work, and hard work mindset.
