Responsible for the 3000 YouTube channels and partners are both growth so fast. There are many aspect that I need to manage: Channel operation, customer support, revenue report, data management, network safety, etc. - Manage and reponsibilities for 2000 daily video upload.- In charge of customer support team, daily solve for 70 to 100 tickets request.- Reponsibilities for revenue report for 3000 partners monthly.- Work with the supplier for setup a customer relationship management system (CRM), write documents and requirements for all the fuction and user role.- Build a basic CRM within Google Spreadsheet to storage 5000 records.- Work as individual and grow the team up to 15 member in July 2020.- Recruit and train for new team member when they join to the team.
