In this role, within the unit Customer Portfolio Management under Sales and Marketing, I’m responsible for getting the technical acceptance of all Sony devices from our largest customer (Vodafone with operation in 30+ countries).The approval is the trigger for all production to start, product deliveries and invoicing and therefore both time and business critical.This requires delivering all technical documentation and managing all reported technical issues (prioritizing, negotiating and driving corrections). As the interface between the customer and our internal organization I analyze all problem reported by the customer in daily meetings and balance the customer expectation versus the resources available to decide what needs to be done and by when.I also drive several internal improvement projects, such as Self Certification, RF performance and documentation processes, just to mention a few. For a while I was also heading up a virtual team of peers to establish best practice and other role efficiency improvements. I enjoy being in the front line where things happen and making the customer happy by providing excellent service.Before the Vodafone account, I had the same responsibility for the operators accounts O2 (UK, DE, IRL) and Hutchison (SE, DK, UK, IT, AUS, HK).
