J'ai connu quatre phases dans ma carrière:● 6 ans d'expérience initiale chez IBM Global Services qui m'ont permis de maîtriser les outils et méthodes développement, les techniques de gestion de projet et de management d'équipe, et me forger ma première expérience dans la santé● 9 ans d'expérience à l'Hôpital Saint-Joseph, comme adjoint du DSIO et responsable des Études et Développement, pendant lesquelles j'ai créé, développé et dirigé l'équipe en charge de cette activité, et dirigé de nombreux projets dans le cadre de la refonte du SIH● 7 ans comme DSI d'une startup de biotechnologies, qui m'ont permis d'acquérir une solide expérience de direction de projets innovants dans un cadre international et multiculturel, tout en développant des capacités à favoriser l'innovation et la créativité permanente● 8 ans en tant que DSI de Santé publique France, pendant lesquels j’ai fusionné les DSI des agences préexistantes, réorganisé la DSI et externalisé une partie de ses activités, et surtout adapté et transformé le SI de l’agence pour faire face à la crise du COVID Ces expériences m'ont permis de développer de fortes capacités d'analyse, de prise de décision basée sur le travail en équipe, et d'adaptabilité à des environnements changeants et sous pression face à la plus grande crise de ce début de siècle, tout en maintenant un planning et un contrôle serrés pour mener à bien les projets qui m'étaient confiés.
