I was responsible for all creative execution at Lunar Agency, ensuring the outputs meet the high standards of the studio.Leading a design team of 6, I had to manage all of the projects that were running through the studio, guiding and influencing the development of each project, whilst working closely with the design team to create work that conceptualises ideas into a reality.Along with creating exceptional work and championing best practice, I also had to inspire the team through their craft and nurture the next generation of design talent at Lunar Agency.

I worked on all stages of projects from conception to execution, working cross-discipline on print, brand, digital (look and feel) and campaign work.

This role was primarily focused on design for print. I produced a range of media working with some large blue chip clients including, Ericks, Rider Levett Bucknell, Burger King and NPower.
