While here I had the opportunity to work with a number of RPO clients supporting and optimizing recruitment delivery. My teams ranged in size from 40 to 110 employees as we build a talent delivery philosophy to exceed client expectations. We were able to accomplish some excellent benchmarks across all of our KPIs and then were able to share the rewards with the team as a whole. In the time that we directed the RPO for Walmart corporate we doubled the foretasted delivery of talent, saw double digit improvement in both hiring leader and candidate satisfaction and a 17 point improvement in critical req aging. The pressure was felt and in that pressure the team blossomed into a world class example of full cycle talent acquisition delivery.
