Information Technology Support Specialist
Current- Onsite IT Support: Provide comprehensive Level 1 and Level 2 IT support for Home Mortgage Alliance Corporation and JetMortgage, ensuring smooth operation of IT systems and minimal downtime.- Incident Management: Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues, including network connectivity, peripheral problems, and user account management.- System Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks such as software updates, system backups, and patch management to maintain optimal performance and security.- User Assistance: Assist end-users with technical issues, including setting up new devices, configuring applications, and providing training on IT best practices.- Ticket Management: Utilize ticketing systems to track and prioritize support requests, ensuring timely resolution and effective communication with clients.- Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of support activities, including troubleshooting steps, solutions, and system configurations, to support knowledge sharing and process improvement.- Collaboration: Work closely with internal IT teams and vendors to resolve complex issues and implement solutions that enhance overall IT infrastructure.- Equipment Inventory & Dispatch: Manage equipment inventory, including tracking and dispatching hardware to remote workers, ensuring timely delivery and proper setup.- Access Control Systems: Install, configure, and maintain access control systems, to enhance security and manage office access.
