-Serve as the primary client contact for daily account management.-Regularly update Work-In-Progress (WIP) to ensure project continuity.-Write and distribute meeting minutes within 48 hours to relevant departments and clients.-Develop project timelines and follow up to ensure timely submissions.-Collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to create project cost estimates for supervisor approval.-Draft job briefs after client feedback and schedule internal discussions.-Maintain organized and up-to-date account management records, including documents and materials.-Document and archive all correspondence in company systems.-Conduct monthly competitive reviews to support the client’s strategic needs.-Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by management.
