Responsible for the development of the DevOps team and the implementation of the software pipeline. Project and implementation of the password vault (PAM). Project and implementation of the cybersecurity training and awareness program for approximately 2000 employees. Responsible for monitoring information security audits related to CVM and the controlling fund. Responsible for the project and construction of the DR site with high availability of resources and data.

We developed the entire backend solution for provisioning subscribers and self-configuring subscribers' devices using the TR-069 protocol. Responsible for the implementation of the netflow platform and attack mitigation, omnichannel service system via WhatsApp, chat and Facebook Messenger with automation via API and IBM Watson. We made great partnerships with the manufacturers Zhone, ZTE, Zyxel, Intelbras, Huawei, Juniper, Extreme Networks, Fujtisu, Arbor, VMware, Dell that made possible the fast growth and quality in the services offered to the subscribers.

Responsible for the creation of the network operations center (NOC) managing about 45 employees including operations analysts, field technicians and outsourced teams. I managed and participated in the design project for VDSL and GPON products to deliver broadband internet services, fixed telephony and pay TV. Responsible for the construction project of the headend and operation of the pay TV service. I participated in the project management of building the MPLS-based backbone network.
