Hello, and welcome to my profile. I am a results-oriented Operations Leader, with a solid history of reliability under extreme and high-pressure situations. I started out as a "ramp rat," loading baggage on the aircraft and cattle on cargo planes at Dorval airport. From there, I began learning, then teaching about the safe handling of dangerous goods in the airline cargo environment. I then grew into roles where I would either provide expertise on process improvement, or supervise teams in transport and operations.
