Phoebe Anderson serves as the Director, Talent Acquisition Operations at Rooms To Go bringing 20+ years of experience in a variety of HR functional areas. Prior to joining Rooms To Go, Phoebe worked in Software, Food & Beverage, Oil and Gas Manufacturing, Financial Services, Insurance industries and U.S. Federal Government.Phoebe started her career in the United States Marine Corps as a Personnel Administrator. One of her biggest achievements were special assignments at Headquarters Marine Corps. She served on the Armed Forces Inaugural Committee, Plans Division where she contributed to the planning and execution of the 1997 Presidential Inauguration for former President William Jefferson Clinton.Phoebe’s experience in the Armed Forces, Milliman USA, Deloitte Services and Koch Industries prepared her for humble beginnings in Learning and Development, Talent Analytics and ERP roles contributing to the deployment of technical, management and leadership development programs, learning effectiveness platforms, and HRIS transformation.Phoebe also held various HR transformation roles at Sage providing business support through the implementation of data analysis, reporting and metrics and leading the North America region through HRIS implementation of Sage People. She also has served in global continuous improvement roles identifying improvement opportunities for People Services aligning with trends and business demands to meet and exceed defined service levels and KPIs.Over the past few years, Phoebe has lead HR Shared Services and COE teams made of HR specialists, HRIS analysts, Payroll and Reward & Benefits experts focused on Colleague Success, Customer Success, and Innovation. She also championed diversity and inclusion as a Co-Lead of the Vets@Sage Colleague Success Network.Phoebe attended Devry and Colorado Technical Universities where she studied business and human resources management. Phoebe is currently an SPHR candidate and a member of SHRM and PMI professional organizations.
