Too Good To Go is a social impact company with a mission to fight food waste. It works with shops and restaurants in 17 countries to help mitigate their food surplus, by connecting food partners with paying customers via our App.As a Partner Growth Manager at Too Good To Go, I worked on retaining and growing a portfolio of over 2000 independent and small chain food partners across London and Scotland. These included caterers, café chains and franchised businesses.

Social Supermarket is an e-commerce platform that sells products made by social enterprises. Each brand featured on the site makes a positive social or environmental impact, be that through donating profits to charity, using would be waste materials to create something new, or employing those who are marginalised in society. As the marketplace account manager I looked for brands or social enterprises that were a good fit for Social Supermarket, ensuring that their impact was sufficient and that people and the planet were at the centre of their mission. I also managed ongoing relations with 140+ existing brands.As the customer service manager I resolved all customer queries, with the aim of creating a good purchasing experience.
