On top of this I attended regular sessions with an appointed mentor from Learn Direct to eventually complete my Level 2 Diploma in Business & Administration skills.1. Postroom - My duties involved assisting with post collection/delivery, carrying out Helpdesk requests (e.g. stationery replenishment, parcel relocation, desk moves) and organising print points.2. Reception - My duties included signing in guests to our Head Office, creating appointments on our Vistornet software, ensuring my personal presentation was of a high standard and all guests were greeted with warmth and professionalism.3. Helpdesk - My final cohort involved logging and allocating tickets on our Helpdesk platform, liaising with employees and contractors to ensure all jobs were completed in a timely manner.

My first apprenticeship role at Burberry involved dealing with the shipping and receiving of stock into the flagship store located on Regent Street. I completed my Level 2 Diploma in Retail Skills during this scheme. My main duties included:- Organising and tidying of stock, whilst maintaining high standards.- Logistically transferring stock to stores internationally and to London's Head Office.- Providing general administrative support including archiving and keeping records up to date.- First point of contact for stores globally and VIP associates via phone and email.- Liaising over the phone with all levels of employees.- Providing support to sales associates on the shop floor including assisting with VIP clients, customer alterations and online orders.- Stock take preparations.- Ensuring stock is organised into the correct departments, enabling effective replenishment and rotation. - Protecting stock through an awareness of loss prevention and store security procedures.
