Working within the mental health sector has shown me, I thrive in person-centred environments, providing care to individuals. The experience I've gained working for various organisations has provided me with the confidence to work within different environments, which has given me a strong understanding of individual service users needs. My education has taught me that each situation is unique and can be approached with empathy and understanding while building a good rapport with people on all levels.
