Accustomed to a fast paced work environment that requires the ability to multitask without sacrificing attentive care to customers. I am comfortable with operating a POS system, taking phone calls, assisting customers, opening and closing cash registers, restocking, gift wrapping, making deliveries, and cleaning and organizing a retail environment. Being a children’s retail shop with extensive product options, I maintained a thorough knowledge of store merchandise.

Over a 5 year period I have worked for numerous families, caring for children between the ages of 6 months and 12 years old. Safety and fun were of the utmost importance. I did after school pick-up, date-night sitting, prepared food, put kids to bed, changed diapers, assisted with homework and art projects and monitored multiple young children at once on city streets, sometimes with a stroller. I am well practiced in de-escalating situations, and I take reliability and promptness quite seriously.
