I am a motivated and empathetic teaching assistant at an Education Support centre, I work with students that have special needs, using alternative communication methods when working with them and providing the upmost support and care I can. I work collaboratively alongside teachers and other EA's to develop and work towards IEP's for the students. I work with students that show challenging behaviours and I have lots of experience working with different disabilities that range across the spectrum.
