I am a first-year student at Indiana University's Kelley School of Business, majoring in finance. I have a passion for generating unique ideas, collaborating with other people, and communicating solutions. I've demonstrated these strengths throughout my high school career as a Women in Business club leader where I advocated for more sanitary resources for students at our school, and as a DECA member where I competed with my partner as we thought of creative solutions to business problems under pressure. I now carry these skills with me throughout my time here at Kelley as I strive to be creative and thoughtful of everyone's ideas, especially during group work. I am continuing to push myself by taking harder classes when I can to strengthen my skills and learn what works best for me. I enjoy working with others in group projects especially when dealing with real-world problems, as it allows me to feel more comfortable in that environment.I plan to pursue an internship in finance to help me advance my analytical and collaborative skills. My ideal work environment would allow me to communicate with clients, think creatively, and allow me room and space to grow.
