A. Product Expert cum Lead for Vietnam and Cluster 3 Markets (Algeria, Morocco, Saudi and Egypt)– OneERP Project (Apr 2020 – Current)• Gather business requirement especially on the legal requirements and the existing process/ practices in the legacy system (SUN and JDE system) which is related to Account Receivables (FSCM Credit Management, Collection Management, Dispute Management, customer collection)• Map the requirement and existing process into GSK template and identify if there is any gap • Close the gap identified either convince business to adopt to the new proposed process or getting the approval to develop the enhancement which deviates the standard template• Manage the team resource and workload to ensure the system configuration, documentation update, approval process and testing completed within the agreed timeline and the quality of the deliverables• Show and Tell session to demonstrate the overall solution to business to ensure the system covers all the processes/ requirements and meeting the expectation of business• User acceptance test and fix any issues arise from user acceptance test• User access role mapping• Discuss with business and other stream to finalize the data migration rules to extract the data from legacy system and migrate into SAP system - Customer Master, Business Partner master and AR open items• Verify the pre-load data after the extraction and massaging and post-load to ensure data migrated to SAP correctly

Work Description:A. FSCM Credit Management Implementation for GSK (Oct 2018 – Current)• Gather business requirement and process across region/market on Documented Credit Decision and Credit Limit Request for both ECC and Fiori• Identify the reporting requirement from the business process gathered• Prepare the Service Request documentation(functional specification) for the Abap and Fiori development• Unit Testing to ensure the solution fulfill the requirement• Involve in the system playback to demonstrate the FSCM Credit Management functionality to the markets to gather the feedback on the improvement required before proceeding to next stage which is informal testing and fine tuning the solution is required• Define test scenarios and test case preparation for informal and formal testing• Resolve the issues and new requirement arises from Day in Life testing by users based Agile methodology to suit to the most current business situation• Work together with Security consultant on the access required for the new roles and existing roles to ensure the required authorization are given to the business users and support organization to ensure smooth go live and support as usual after the project stage• Involve in early life support for the project to resolve the high priority and urgent tickets and assist support organization to work on medium and low priority tickets to ensure the smooth transitionB.
