The Aboriginal representative body responsible for negotiating Treaty in Victorian with the State Government. I developed and implemented a Statewide Engagement Strategy that provides an avenue for all First Peoples in Victoria to be involved in the Treaty process.

In partnership with Aboriginal Housing Victoria, I led a governance structure review of the Framework to streamline decision making, prioritising delivery of work and accountability.

Implementing Aboriginal SEWB recommendations from the Royal Commission into Victoria’s Mental Health System. I developed and delivered a new Aboriginal SEWB Scholarship Program in partnership with the Victorian Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Organisation (VACCHO). The scholarship program continues to be delivered by VACCHO in partnership with RMIT, La Trobe and Deakin University’s.

The Victorian Aboriginal Legal Service previously auspice the Tasmanian Aboriginal Community Legal Service (TACLS). I managed the transition of TACLS services to a new Aboriginal entity, the Tasmanian Aboriginal Legal Service. This included strategic collaboration, providing recommendations, legal requirements and transitioning all services including clients, staff, assets, and suppliers.
