Support the development of and recruitment for a learning program which offers a cohort-based, online global curriculum which empowers participants to cultivate moral, spiritual, and practical power for leadership in the work of climate justice in communities of faith and in collaboration with others.

Oversees the sound administration of all programs and operations, including: Financial management and budget preparation; Program development and implementation; Marketing and communications. Establishes and maintains relationships with Evangelical Lutheran Church of America supporting synods, congregations, agencies and individuals, and represents organization before diverse audiences in person and in writing.

Organize, network and train members of the Evangelical Lutheran Church of America to care for creation and inspire others to do so as well. Offer tools so that all members of the church can engage in community action for environmental justice and sustainability. Educate church leaders to share the theological and technical foundations for becoming a "greener" congregation.

Recruited, educated and encouraged several citizen-led committees which rallied their neighbors to build affordable homes for local families in need. Developed training material and guidelines for Board and ad hoc committees. Developed and managed the timeline for all non-construction operations (outreach, fundraising, family selection, public relations etc.). Supervised three full-time VISTA volunteers.

Collaborated with over twenty environmental and educational organizations across the country to share resources and opportunities with educators. Managed three full time employees and the allocation of over two million dollars worth of grants. Foster and engage a network of over 5,000 educators and students by attending national conferences, organizing regional workshops and sending monthly email updates. Support fundraising efforts by providing data for proposals and hosting donor events.

Developed copy for the outreach and public relations materials online, represented the Center at various national conventions, supported the outreach team with administrative tasks.

Assistant to directing counselors, attend to general office tasks, aided students and alumni in finding information and crafting interview materials. Editor of monthly Career Counseling Newsletter.
