I am heading a design organization, transforming safety and security IoT hardware and software experiences for the iconic ADT brand.

As a designer leader of two global UX teams, I support talented senior-level UX designers in delivering outstanding experiences for text input and communication features across phones, tablets, and smartwatches. Working closely with senior leaders, I guide day-to-day cross-functional collaborations, resulting in the successful launch of three key input categories for Pixel 7 features: core typing experiences, multilingual voice input, and expression for input. Through my leadership, my teams have delivered impactful experiences that have received high praise from users and have helped to drive the overall success of the organization.

Endeavor (WME) is a global media and entertainment company with world-class brands and capabilities across talent representation, sports, fashion, event management, and brand marketing. As one of the founding members of the Endeavor Digital Group, my focus has been on supporting a team of talented product designers and user researchers and collaborating with them on a range of innovative initiatives aimed at transforming our business and empowering users to learn and create. Specifically, I have been involved in overseeing four D2C product verticals - education, speakers, books and authors, and creators platform. In my role, I have been instrumental in driving the design strategy for new product opportunities, advocating for the importance of design in our business, introducing a user-centered design practice in-house, establishing an effective product development process, and maintaining high design standards. I am proud to have been nominated and awarded by Endeavor to participate in the prestigious McKinsey Executive Leadership Program - an exclusive invite-only program that prepares senior executives for C-suite roles.

I had the privilege of building a talented global product design team from the ground up to help shape the future of AR/VR Commerce for Oculus and Portal hardware. Overseeing the design efforts of fourteen consumer and enterprise products across five product experience areas - Digital Stores, Customer Care, Fulfillment Logistics, Manufacturing Data System, and Marketing & Sales - was a challenging yet rewarding experience. Together with my team, I ensured that design was at the forefront of our work, and collaborated closely with cross-functional partners in a cross-team environment to establish a cohesive design vision and strategy. Through our collective efforts, we were able to deliver impactful experiences that were loved and used by millions, including the Oculus and Portal digital store & check out, help center, referral program, easy return, and in-app value-added experiences.

As Design Director, I had the honor of leading a talented multi-disciplinary team, which included user experience design, user research, and hardware design. Together, we developed end-to-end IoT solutions that transformed complex technologies into seamless smart home experiences, connecting thousands of physical products to the digital world as a unified system. Drawing on my extensive hardware and software experience, I guided day-to-day design activities and acted as a liaison for SmartThings business partners. Through close collaboration with my team, we successfully delivered many large-scale products, including two generations of SmartThings mobile apps, Nvidia Shield TV app, ADT SmartThings Home Security System, and integration with Samsung mobile platform. It was truly rewarding to work on these projects and witness how they made people's lives safer, more convenient, and more entertaining.

Led and designed the end-to-end experiences for Real-Time Collaboration, Keynote Live, Cloud Documents, File Syncing, and Document Manager features for a suite of productivity apps across MacOS, iOS, and iCloud platforms.

I led the design efforts for the Amazon Independent Publishing team. I designed and shaped the future of publishing by designing the next-gen authoring sites and tools that empower self-publishing authors to produce professional-grade books – Spearheaded the development of the Cover Creator tool, empowering self-publishing authors to design professional-quality book covers; redesigned the entire end-to-end workflow for the book publishing platform including manuscript ingestion, book formatting, distribution, and monetization; designed and launched products for business units, including Amazon Kindle Direct Publishing, Enterprise KDP, CreateSpace, and Kindle Worlds (Amazon Fan Fiction).

After working for a world-class design consultancy and several corporations in my design career, being a passionate entrepreneur I decided to start my own design business. I blended my design thinking and entrepreneurial skills by working with startups and companies globally, including Germany, Japan, Switzerland, Iceland, Hong Kong, and the US. I provided design strategy, brand direction, and hands-on design work, and created innovative hardware and user experiences for consumer electronics, healthcare, and lifestyle products, and successfully launched them internationally through effective collaboration with overseas manufacturers.

Led large-scale design projects for various clients including Disney Consumer Electronics, Maxtor, Abbott, nVidia, Ralph Lauren, Hitachi, Dreamcom, Arcadia, Clorox, Kimberly Clark and Motorola. Formulated design language and promoted brand strategy. Conducted design research, trend analysis for product and packaging design.
