Executive Assistant To Chief Executive Officer
CurrentActing as first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls- Managing diaries and organization of meetings and appointments, often controlling access to the C.E.O- Compiling and preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence- Implementing and maintaining procedures/ administrative systems- Preparing regular reports on expenses and office budgets- Maintaining and updating company databases- Organizing a filing system for important and confidential company documents- Maintaining a company calendar and scheduling appointments- Distributing and storing correspondence (e.g. letters, emails, and packages)- Preparing reports and presentations with statistical data, as assigned- Arranging travel and accommodations- Scheduling in-house and external events, ensuring the functionality ofnecessary office equipment and requisitioning new equipment and supplies asneeded- Assisting the HR department with job postings and interviews.- Offering assistance in organizing events, including ordering materials andrequisitioning meeting spaces- Attending meetings and recording notes and messages for managers andsenior-level officers- Miscellaneous tasks to support the C.E.O which may vary according to projects working on at any point in time
