In this role I lead shifts, manage bar stock using FoodBuy, plan drink seasonal drink specials, train team members, liased interdepartmentally, manage reservations, POS functions and daily food and beverage operations in lunch and dinner services

Working across restaurant, bar and floor operations. Managing reservations, weekly specials, closing processes and leading shifts. Providing quality food and beverage service to guests.

Working across various restaurant venues as well as in-room dining. Predominantly in conferencing, events and private dining, providing personalised service to VIP guests.

In this role I was a student contact and representative for the Hayman Island and Brisbane campus students. Keeping in regular contact to advise and provide information regarding studies and student life. As Student Association president I coordinated regular meetings, met with other campus representatives, organised student events including the annual gala and managed student amenities on campus

In this role I had the opportunity to work at Taste Of Tasmania, a yearly food and drink festival showcasing Tasmanian produce.

Volunteering at NFP twice a week as front of house. General cafe duties, opening and closing procedures, processing and taking orders, food preparation tasks, card and cash handling
