Facilitate weekly discussions in class to promote an engaging and active learning environment. Build relationships with both students and the teaching team through rapport, trust, diplomacy, and tact. Provide thoughtful constructive criticism to students on assignments. Hold weekly scheduled office hours through Zoom. Communicate effectively with the other TA’s and Professor to ensure assignments are graded in an equitable manner. Schedule individual meetings with the professor to provide feedback on course structure. Work individually on grading assigned papers in a timely and accurate manner.
