Additionally to my role within design and marketing team, I worked closely with: - the R&D team to determine the next food trends and curated flavour calendars for the franchises;- Purchasing & Logistic Team and Operations Team to coordinate training and marketing materials for new product launches in-stores In Canada and US;- third-party vendors and co-brand partners on digital menu, app and web development, photography, and print production;- out-of-office teams to ensure all design materials are ready for new Pinkberry stores in Ghana and NigeriaIn support of the affiliated brands and companies, I advised the managing directors on branding, design and marketing.
