Phoebe is a young professional who has spent almost 2 years in the role of Account Coordinator at the award winning recruitment agency: Penna and Stafford Long.After graduating in 2022 with a degree in Advertising and Brand Management at the Manchester Metropolitan University, she now handles day to day recruitment solutions for clients in Blue Light Industries, Higher Education Institutions, and Local Government Authorities. During her time at Penna, she has collaborated on many projects including the Onboarding of 3 new clients: Ofsted, Office for Students and Staffordshire County Council, pitching with the Biddings team and supporting with the delivery of several critical campaigns including Office for Students’ Higher Education Regulators and the new HR team at BCU.With a broad knowledge of media under her belt, Phoebe has gained a key insight into the essential indicators within the job market and encompasses a strategic approach when it comes to meeting and understanding client needs. Her collaboration was further recognised when she was nominated for the Penna Rising Star of the Year Award in 2023.
