•Key point of contact for all new business over the last four years, through the company’s extensive advertising and events campaigns•Management of regular seminars, corporate hospitality events and presentations, from initial concept to completion. Ranged from 20 to 200 people at venues across the North East•Organisation of various networking events and corporate hospitality for the office with external partners•Being responsible for the management between Brewin Dolphin and their sponsorships; Durham County Cricket Club, Team Northumbria, The Theatre Royal and The Literary & Philosophical Society, and ensuring a good continual working relationship•Being an integral part of the business rebranding, including booking relevant advertising positions within the region, working closely with local media agents•Working within the business development team and also with the investment managers, ensuring that new leads are being followed through •Working closely with the investment managers providing assistance with pitch documents and seminar presentations ensuring the company brand values are maintained•Assisting the Business Development Director in projects to attract new business, working to strict budgetary guidelines•Managing the production of a range of publications, adverts and promotional materials from concept to delivery, including adverts and the office magazine.•Assisting in the development of new marketing materials for the office•Ensuring that all literature, pitch documents marketing reports and presentations are delivered to deadline and have been thoroughly proof read.•Content management for the office website•Key Networking with other businesses at networking events
