I supported HEOR Global Value and Access teams in developing economic models for new product pricing and reimbursement strategy. I led cross-functional international project teams in the design and development of budget impact models for national health technology assessment agencies and local payers in markets across Europe including: Germany, Spain, the UK, and Ireland. I was responsible for supporting the country sales and market access teams throughout Europe define and meet market specific business objectives through the use of adaptable economic models. These projects were designed to be scalable and foster company-wide learning. I contributed towards the design, statistical analysis, and documentation of cost-effectiveness and budet impact models, created for use in the health technology assessment regulatory processes of multiple countries. I created a budget impact model and all accompanying documentation for the Irish national health insurance payer to assess the budget impact of reimbursing Farydak®, a treatment for relapsed or relapsed and refractory multiple myeloma, within the public Irish healthcare system.I led the project end-to-end, building the initial client relationships which would turn the Irish Country Pharmaceutical Office into a repeat customer.
