Work and career are informed by a deep curiosity about the way we do things, and why. Achievements include a successful career in arts management, marketing and philanthropy working for Australia's preeminent organisations including the Biennale of Sydney and the Australian Centre for Contemporary Art. I developed a passion for helping artists reach new ambitions with their work, and for building partnerships and audiences to achieve growth and mutually beneficial outcomes. I have pursued my personal love of health and movement since 2009, teaching yoga, leading teacher trainings, and founding a successful yoga centre in inner south-east Melbourne. I continue to enhance my education and qualifications through a bachelor's degree in exercise and sports science, and journey towards exploring an equally passionate approach to bridging knowledge and practice with reaching new audiences as I did in the arts. As a writer and copyeditor, I enjoy using communications to explore how to increase knowledge and participation in managing one's health. The pandemic years have shown us how vital health is to the individual and the population at large, and movement is very much a critical part of this conversation. Added to my professional melting pot is a more recent journey in the tech start-up culture, lead by research into supporting unique professional experiences for all workers - LeapDesk. Learning how to hack an idea and turn disruptive ideas into tangible concepts has been a unique experience unlike anything provided in a professional context.
