Development• Develop business letters, account statements and billing invoices as per client requests and functional specifications• Analyze data provided by the client to ensure that the data matches the requirements• Extract, interpret and analyze data in MS Excel using formulas (v-lookup and others), data validation, conditional formatting to transform raw data into meaningful, actionable information• Design layout of statements and mails using Document Composition tools such as StreamServe, Intelligent Billing System, PReS, Emtex and Exstream Dialogue• Deploy production outputs in a timely, cost-effective and business efficient manner• Responsible for the migration of projects• One of the core platform developers of the application that is currently being used by the Analyst DesignersAdministration• Work with overseas counterparts for the gathering of business requirements• Ensure applicable processes and systems are in place for the development of the team• Generate Productivity and Quality Report of Analyst Designers in MS Excel• Responsible for solving quick turn-around project issues• Prepare investigation reports for issues detected and provide fix in the most efficient way• Responsible for mentoring and coaching junior programmers for further enhancement of their skills• Conduct Knowledge Transfer/ Training sessions for the new hiresTesting / Quality Assurance• Spot defects on the platform used by Analyst Designers• Perform Unit Testing and Peer Review• Regression Testing on bugs found from platform updates• Perform quality assurance activities to verify accuracy of documents and programming outputs
