- Consults and provides training to caregivers- Conducts behavioral evaluations of clients - Designs behavior and individual support plans for clients - Coordinates, schedules, communicates, and evaluates effectiveness of functional assessments, behavioral evaluations, behavior plans, and individual education plans for clients within caseload - Administers, conducts, evaluates, and supervises implementation of behavioral assessment measures and functional assessment measures - Develops individualized goals and objectives for home, community, and center based programs and designs behavior support plans based on functional assessment data - Ensures appropriate behavuoral data is collected at regular intervals to allow for continual evaluation of behavior plans and achievement of individual goals and objectives - Trains program coordinators and behavioral technicians on proper implementation of educational and clinical behavior programs and plans, data collection systems, and all necessary monitoring and reporting systems - Conducts regular parent, caregiver, and/or teacher training and consultation about Behavioral Services - Responsible for ongoing individual program oversight and conducting weekly supervision meetings with program coordinators and behavior technicians - Meets regularly with Director of Behavioral Services and notifies him/her immediately of issues impacting client's progress and satisfaction - Completes all necessary documentation and reports in a timely and satisfactory manner as requested by the Director of Behavioral Services - Oversees and directs scheduling of Program Coordinators and Behavioral Technicians as needed and ensure proper billing entry in billing software as required - Maintains billable caseload and documents billable hours according to Co workers pay policy and state and federal regulation - Develops written reports documenting behavioral recommendations for parents, caregivers, and Company personnel

- Implement behavioral intervention plans one-on-one for children with developmental delays to foster independence and increase social skills - Collect data over the course of behavioral interventions to analyze effectiveness of interventions- Collaborate with BCBAs to best apply interventions in a positive and helpful way - Work with families and siblings to explain ABA concepts and integrate them into the behavior service delivery

- Maintain constant communication with clients to ensure attendance to various workshops provided by WHW. - Collect client testimonials detailing their experiences before coming to WHW, how their time there has helped them to find work, and a description of work they found. - Manage clothing drives hosted by individuals and/or businesses to provide professional apparel to our clients. - Work closely with Program Manager of Education to increase attendance in Employment Readiness Workshops and Computer Labs, and assisting with the set-up of Employment Forums. - In the absence of the Program Manager of Education, led new client orientations and explaining the services WHW offers to secure employment success. - Writes client testimonials for grant purposes
