• Designed & prototyped a multidirectional bumper for a bathroom cleaning robot using Solidworks and a Dremel 3D printer • 3D printed a telescoping elevator casing, removing pinch hazards• Improved robot gripping repeatability by 40% by reducing snag points, increasing contact area & friction, & redistributing weight
